"Straight from the Fire". Famous chef plans culinary revolution in Masuria

When was the last time you celebrated a dinner that truly stopped time? No notification sounds, no rush, no artificial light. Just you, nature, fire and a taste that will stay in your memory. On June 28, 2025, the first nomadic feast in Poland, "Straight from the Fire", will take place in the heart of Masuria - a culinary event that changes the rules of the game.

"Straight from the Fire" is an original project by Marcin Budynek, a renowned chef who decided to return to the source of taste. On June 28, 2025, surrounded by Masurian nature, by Lake Ułówki, a temporary, magical open-air restaurant will be created - with raw wood, candles and stars instead of a ceiling. Of course, the first fiddle during this exceptional dinner will be played by... FIRE.

- "Straight from the Fire" is a pioneering culinary concept - no one in Poland has yet decided to implement such an undertaking. It is not only a dinner prepared and served entirely in the bosom of nature, it is a thoughtful and planned experience in the smallest detail, which combines a feast with soothing the senses and returning to the here and now - we read in press materials about the event.

Guests will sit down to an 8-course feast served outdoors, at wooden tables, in an intimate setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All in line with the idea of ​​NOMADIC DINNER – food that not only satisfies, but builds relationships, restores mindfulness and brings the senses to life.

- This is a unique project for me. It has been on my mind for a long time. Regional flavors, the use of culinary techniques inspired by fire, and on top of that the mazurka atmosphere, i.e. nature itself - says about the project its initiator, Marcin Budynek.

Each dish will be created exclusively for this evening – from local, seasonal products, with respect for nature and the rhythm of its cycles. This is fine dining in an unplugged version – without artifice, without rush, without compromise.
